1. ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
  • During peak periods (sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly extended

2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship to:

  • European countries
  • International destinations worldwide

Shipping availability and costs are displayed at checkout.


3. DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe: 2–7 business days
  • International: 5–14 business days

  • weather or logistical issues

4. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • delivery destination
  • order value
  • selected shipping method

👉 Free shipping may be offered during promotions or above certain order values.


5. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

For international orders:

  • import duties and taxes may apply
  • these charges are the responsibility of the customer

We are not responsible for:

  • customs delays
  • additional charges imposed by local authorities

If a shipment is refused or not cleared through customs:

  • return shipping costs and customs fees may be deducted from the refund

6. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.


7. SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete.

  • We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Address changes are only possible before shipment and cannot be guaranteed after dispatch

8. FAILED DELIVERY / REFUSED ORDERS

If a package is:

  • refused
  • unclaimed
  • returned due to incorrect address

we reserve the right to:

  • deduct shipping and return costs from the refund
  • require prepayment for future orders

9. DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged or is not delivered:

10. SPLIT SHIPMENTS
